Description of Work:  Securing buildings, foot patrol of campus, directing

Qualifications Required:  Ability to work shifts (6PM-12AM and 12AM to 6AM) and in all types of weather.  Able to walk, stand, and climb stairs.  Ability to use a radio (Walkie-talkie) to communicate.

Description of Work:  The ability to work in a professional and confidential environment in a manner that both guards the privacy and ensures the confidentiality of students accessing services at the Cooper Center, the Office of Learning Services, and Trinity Counseling Services.

The ability to apply basic emergency procedures to connect clients to appropriate clinical care in occasional situations involving distressed
students.

Respond to students, staff, faculty and visitors that enter the Cooper Center/OLS in a positive and upbeat manner that communicates care. 

Create brochures, handouts, bulletin boards, and other forms of communication for Career Guidance and Personal Counseling.

Enter employment opportunities into College Central Network, Post Commode Chronicle in various campus locations, make copies, and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:  The work will normally be during lunch hour
to provide front desk coverage.  Should be available 11 am to 1 pm on
Tuesday and Thursday.

Qualifications Required:  Dependable/reliable, work independently, and use time efficiently.  Previous experience in food service a plus, but not required.

Snow Shovelers Print E-mail
The Physical Plant is looking for snow shovelers on an as needed basis.  Hours would be anytime day or night, 7 days a week.  Pay is $10.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.  Shovels and gloves will be provided.  Duties would include shoveling and salting doorways, sidewalks, and entryways around campus.  If interested, please come down to the Physical Plant building and fill out an application.

Student Administrative Assistant Print E-mail

Description of Work: The Student Administrative Assistant will work off campus in the Austin neighborhood at By The Hand Club For Kids after-school program. Assistant is responsible for assisting program directors in executing tasks and activities for Trinity-Austin and Club for College Kids. Duties include but are not limited to: filing, assisting with mailings, corresponding via telephone and email, and general office duties. Program duties and direct service to youth may be required.

Qualifications: Proficiency in basic clerical skills as well as professional telephone manners, accurate typing, proofreading, and good organizational skills.

Front Desk and Bus Attendant Print E-mail
Attendants will work off campus in either Altgeld Gardens, Austin, Englewood or Cabrini neighborhoods at By The Hand Club For Kids after-school program. Attendants are responsible for; securing and monitoring the entrance of the after-school program site; welcoming youth participants and visitors; ensuring volunteers and guests are properly signed in; accompanying youth on buses to and from the program site; helping to ensure safe travels and arrival of youth; occasionally working special events. Administrative and other expectations may be assigned.
