Description of Work:
- Responsible for stocking, organizing, and cleaning Box Office, ArCC Lobby, and Marg Kallemeyn Theatre Perimeter/Vestibules
- Organizes online engagement with audience members via the Box Office webpage and Zeffy pages
- Manages ticket sales during lead-up to each production
- Helps, as needed, in other areas of theatre production, at the discretion of their supervisor(s)

Description of Work:
- The Student Success Student Worker will assist the Student Life Coordinator in clerical duties and, at times, be the first point of contact for students, families, faculty, and staff.
- The student worker will gain experience working with customer service, build professional development and leadership skills, and network with faculty, staff, and fellow students.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inputting Data
- This position involves detailed and confidential data entry work with suitable training.
- Input time-sensitive data with proper communication with other on-campus departments.
- Attend Front Desk
- Greeting visitors to the Student Success Office and guiding them to the proper party.
- Responsible for answering the phone. Following training, the Student Worker will transfer calls, take messages, and triage calls for importance and urgency.
- After proper training, will be able to convey crises to the proper party.
- Assist with administrative projects and tasks as assigned.
- Additional projects as assigned related to the Student Success Office.
- Assist Students
- Answer student’s questions regarding their meal plan, on-campus housing, or immunization forms.
- Attend to students with disabilities who need assistance accessing doors, bookbags, and other resources.
- Help re-direct students’ questions or concerns to the proper party.
- Food Pantry
- Help students sign up for food pantry
- Student Worker will be trained to order food and assist with delivery.
- Properly handle food by storing it in correct locations
- Student worker will be trained on how to maintain food pantry up to code
- Manage the food pantry during open hours
- Student Test Proctor
- Go through proctoring training.
- Receive student test proctor request & faculty test proctor form on behalf of supervisor
- Schedule the test proctoring time via Outlook Calendar
- Be available and monitor during the entire exam appointment. All exams must be monitored during the duration of the exam. At no time can the test taker be out of the proctor’s view.
- Prepare testing rooms before exams– clean off desks, set lighting, turn on sound machines inside the testing site, and ensure there are test materials available (extra paper, pencils, pens, erasers).
- Communicate with students the amount of time they have for their test.

Description of Work:
- The Community Engagement Manager will support the theatre program’s outreach and engagement efforts with local high schools, alumni, donors, and the broader Trinity community. This student worker will assist with promoting theatre events, coordinating recruitment activities, and fostering relationships with various stakeholders. This role is ideal for students interested in arts administration, event management, and community outreach.
Some Responsibilities Include:
- High School Engagement & Recruitment:
- Assist with high school visit days and facilitate communication with high school guest audiences attending theatre productions.
- Support high school student recruitment by engaging with prospective students through outreach efforts such as calls, emails, cards, and event assistance.
- Manage scheduling and communication for theatre scholarship auditions, ensuring smooth coordination with prospective students and their families
- Program Publicity & Promotion:
- Assist in publicizing theatre program events by distributing promotional materials (both digital and physical), including hanging posters on campus and in the community.
- Coordinate headshot sessions for plays for marketing purposes.
- Production/Program Development:
- Provide logistical support for theatre workshops and events.
- Develop community resource guides related to play content as needed.
- Donor & Alumni Tracking and Communication:
- Assist with tracking and maintaining communication with theatre program donors and alumni, supporting ongoing relationships through newsletters, event invitations, and updates.

Description of Work:
The College Ambassador is an essential part of the work we do in Trinity’s Admissions Office and one of the most pivotal parts of a visiting student’s experience on campus. Qualified applicants must have a passion for sharing their Trinity experience, as well as the ability to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
The College Ambassador’s first priority will be interacting with prospective students and their families. He/she will:
– Give campus tours to prospective students, families, and visiting groups.
– Plan and prepare for prospective student visits.
– Support and participate in Admissions events such as Blueprints, visit days, open houses, and registration days.
– Engage in follow-up communication with students.
– Provide quality customer service to all guests throughout their visit.
Additionally, the College Ambassador will be responsible for performing various day-to-day tasks within the Admissions Office. He/she will:
– Perform office tasks as needed, including data entry, packaging info cards, responding to email inquiries, answering phones, etc.
– Support the recruitment efforts of individual admissions representatives as needed.
– Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
– Need to be a student at Trinity for at least 1 semester, 2 semesters preferred.

Description of Work:
The A/V Department is looking for an audio visual technician, prior experience in sound or video production preferred, but not essential. We will teach those who are eager to learn! This is an entry level position with pay based on experience.
Tasks for the general A/V technician include, but are not limited to:
- Working campus events, which includes delivery, set-up, operation and tear down of equipment including HD screens, laptop computers, microphones and more
- Videography for classroom recordings
- Maintenance of campus A/V equipment
- Assigned office hours during the week based on your ability and schedule
- Other tasks as determined lead technicians
- Nights and weekends, as needed
Qualifications Required:
The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills, and an ability to learn, absorb, and apply skills taught by the lead and senior A/V technicians.
You must be able to lift equipment weighing 40 pounds.

- Works closely with MarComm staff to generate content. Consultation with MarComm staff member is required before researching any story. Accepts assignments in writing from MarComm staff with the full intention of completing the assignment, which includes researching, interviewing, writing, and rewriting. Completes work by agreed-upon deadline. Maintains complete responsibility for the accuracy of all work. Is open to constructive editing and suggestions from MarComm staff.
Qualifications Required:
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of and skill for writing web feature stories. Ability to create and ask good questions for the purpose of determining the facts and understanding key story elements before writing. Those interest in the position should submit a resume, cover letter, three to four writing samples and a recommendation from a Trinity professor to Angie Fratto.
