For each week, track your cardio and strength training using this sheet. On days when you train with the group fitness class, just write that in the box. For each day during the week that you do cardio on your own, please note the type of exercise you do, the amount of TIME you do it for and how far of a DISTANCE you covered. Please be as exact as possible.
