The Event Services Department connects students, faculty, and staff with the campus service providers who make events happen. From room reservations to setup, technology, and catering, our team helps ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Need a room for visiting family or friends? You can request campus housing through the Guest Housing Application.
When making a meeting request, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Requests do not guarantee approval – do NOT publish your event before you receive confirmation. Your request must be reviewed before it is approved.
- Meeting requests must be made in EMS at least 3 days before your planned event date.
- Do not rearrange the furniture in your reserved space. If you require tables or chairs for your event (in addition to furniture that already exists in your space), request them in EMS. Event Services will make arrangements for you.
- No outside food or beverage is permitted without a completed Food & Beverage waiver. Catering requests must be submitted to Metz Catering through EMS. Click here for the Food and Beverage Waiver.
